Team Leader II, Service Quality (GSS CQ)
This position is work closely with KWE CSM team to complete different reports that customer required. The role should be good at Excel tool since all the job in this team are reports.
Key Result Areas
- Lead the team to complete all the report within customer’s service level agreement and delivery on time.
- Communicated clearly with internal KWE and external customers.
- APLL GSSC existing staff with at least 1 working experience in APLL GSSC
- PMT 3 above
- Good excel skill plus
