Position Title: Analyst I International Logistics (ILS) (Sri Lanka)

Location: Colombo
 
Job Purpose*
 
  • To facilitate customer, origin consolidation and international transportation related services such as booking management. Shipment planning, document management, data management, carrier managements and value addition execution in line with KPI established
  • Timely invoicing and collection of the local charges from suppliers in line with KPI established.
Roles & Responsibilities*
  • Acting as the Key contact for customer EDDIE while assuring all accounts specific requirements are met within stipulated timelines. 
  • Take lead to correspond timely on all customer queries pertain to assigned accounts.
  • Support Ops lead to achieve KPI’s, AR recovery of assigned accounts
    • Follow-up closely for payments
  • Engage in VEP/follow up programs with customers
  • Focus on CTPAT and company security compliances and ensure vendors are in line with requirements.
  • Take lead to deal with co-partners (CFS, carriers, and buying officers) on booking forecast equipment and space protection. Ensure EDI timely to carriers and follow up for amendments.
  • Support team leader to accomplish value added services to existing accounts.
