This position is to handle daily operation of Target FCA trucking management & DT management to meet key customer Target’s need, provide quality services and make sure no service failure occurred.

• To arrangement trucking business reasonably and smoothly

• To adjust the arrangement the volume of all truckers reasonably to guarantee the punctual of cargo delivery in peck seasons especially during Spring Festival

• To standardize and upgrade trucking service quality and enhance the visibility of  trucking activity and capability

• To optimize trucking resource and improve communication efficiency
  To improve customer (shipper)'s satisfaction & confidence on  trucking capability

• Co-operate with service providers to solve local customs/trucking problems

• Seek support from supervisor for final decision and approval and other assignment from supervisor/manager

• Knowledge & relative experience in shipping operations is preferable

• Good and solid background in operations

• Normal command of both spoken and written in Chinese & English

• Understand China Customs Regulation is preferable

• Shipping knowledge, Customer focus, PC knowledge
