Description

Overview:

Under the direction of the shipping Supervisor or Operations Manager, this position coordinates out bound shipping orders for daily work function of 20-30 employees. Constant CSR communication for possible changes or last minute requests customer may require. Communicate with production department for inventory inquiries (such as shortages, put away, incorrect information). Generates various reports to ensure the quality for outbound orders.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Organizing out bound orders by customer and pick up date/ wave  releasing
  • Communicate with warehouse for inventory related issues
  • Serial number validation
  • Communicate with office CSR for potential priority orders and/updates

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years in clerical role
  • Familiar with distribution and warehouse procedures
  • Be a good communicator, both verbal and written
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Be proficient in data entry
  • Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, to interpret documents such as customer routing guides
  • Must have good math skills
