Description

HR Manager works as a consultant to management team. Leadership decision making. Responsible for recruitment process and organizational development. Ensure the correct administration is terms of compensation and benefits. Work as a key performance for labor relations avoiding any possible risk to the company. Strong negotiation and communications skills in order to follow up any topic related to human talent.

Main functions are:

Manage, implement and develop any change in human resources strategies in order to meet business requirements.

Responsible for the planning and controlling for human resources systems and programs focused in human resources development in order to improve working relationships.

Support as a strategic business advisor, guiding the management team in themes related to human talent.

Manage HR process such as recruitung, payroll, training, labor relations

Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor Degree Administrative area.  

Experiences

6-10 years of experience in as a Human Resources Specialist.

Skill Sets

Strong interpersonal skills are required.  Ability to work effectively with team members, clients and other areas of the environment.  Excellent problem solving abilities, strong decision making skills and make sound judgment decisions.

Strong written and oral communications Customer Service focused. Focused on people development.

Language Skills
